Our Journey
Pranjal brings more than 22 years of experience across sustainability, ESG, EHS, biotechnology, chemicals, life sciences and manufacturing. His work has spanned decarbonisation, Scope 3, sustainable supply chains, ESG performance, governance, regulatory compliance and sustainability reporting.
Most recently, Pranjal served as Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) at Gokaldas Exports ( a ₹5,000 crore listed apparel manufacturer). Prior to that, he led sustainability for South Asia at Novozymes (now part of Novonesis), the world’s largest provider of enzyme and microbial technologies. He also held a regulatory and technical affairs role at 3M India. Earlier in his career, Pranjal worked with the Danish Embassy and Denmark’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on sustainable business initiatives in India. He is an alumnus of IIM Visakhapatnam and holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene from Sardar Patel University.

Our Team
Nirmal Chudgar conceptualized and co-founded Bevolve in 2023 with a belief that technology could democratize impact creation. A technology entrepreneur with more than two decades of experience in the United States and India, Nirmal has built companies and products at the intersection of technology and real-world impact. His career spans product, marketing, systems integration and engineering, including work with Federal Signal, Vigilant Solutions and Motorola Solutions on mission-critical technologies designed to help protect lives and communities.
Nirmal holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
Matthew Brady brings more than 25 years of executive leadership across technology, public safety and intelligent infrastructure. He is currently Chief Revenue Officer at Ubicquia, leading global go-to-market, sales and customer success. Previously, Matthew served as CEO of Evidence IQ, CRO of VaaS, which was acquired by Motorola Solutions for $445 million, and President of Federal Signal’s Safety and Security Systems Group. At Motorola Solutions, he led North American video security sales to more than $500 million.
Matthew holds an MBA from Olivet Nazarene University and a BA from Northern Illinois University.
Vincenzo Ciummo is a global business leader with more than two decades of experience scaling businesses across technology, research and international markets. He is CEO of VC Growth Partners and Managing Partner at Addforce Services, and previously helped build Perception Research Services’ global business across the U.S., Europe and Asia. A YPO member and Certified AI Trainer, he brings deep experience in growth, partnerships and international expansion.
He holds Master’s degrees in Economics and Business Administration, with a focus on Finance and Marketing, from Sapienza University of Rome.
Sriman’s experience spans over 22+ years of working in leadership roles in ushering in product based digital and AI based technologies for leading enterprises in supply chain, retail and Finance across. He has also advised and worked with multiple startups in the B2B space in the Asia Pacific region.
Sriman earned his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, USA & Masters in Supply chain from the University of Warwick, UK. Sriman is also the co-founder and mentor at Yuvabe, a social enterprise focused on enabling youth in the Auroville bioregion with an integral approach. The driver at Yuvabe is to enable youth to build their inner capacities and develop higher order skills.
