Our Team
Nirmal’s experience as a leader and technology visionary spans more than 20 years, with deep roots in tech that help protect lives. He He brings experience in building mission critical systems as a startup founder himself, and experience in product, marketing, systems integration and engineering with Federal Signal, Vigilant Solutions and Motorola Solutions. Nirmal earned his Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management. Nirmal volunteers as a mentor at Yuvabe (Auroville unit under non-profit) whose mission is to empower young adults across Auroville bioregion, to realize their potential and live a life of purpose.
Sriman’s experience spans over 22+ years of working in leadership roles in ushering in product based digital and AI based technologies for leading enterprises in supply chain, retail and Finance across. He has also advised and worked with multiple startups in the B2B space in the Asia Pacific region.
Sriman earned his MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, USA & Masters in Supply chain from the University of Warwick, UK. Sriman is also the co-founder and mentor at Yuvabe, a social enterprise focused on enabling youth in the Auroville bioregion with an integral approach. The driver at Yuvabe is to enable youth to build their inner capacities and develop higher order skills.
